Poker Life Podcast host Joey Ingram welcomed Thirst Lounge PCA Giveaway package winner Bruno Malavazzi to the show earlier this week for a quick conversation leading up to the 2017 PokerStars Championship Bahamas (formerly known as the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure) set to begin Friday, January 6th.

Bruno, a poker player and fan from Brazil, was one of 20+ individuals to receive an opportunity to live The Poker Dream this coming week thanks to multi-millionaire businessman and high stakes poker player Bill Perkins.

Malavazzi shares his personal story with Ingram and provides a glimpse into his recent health issues ranging from his battle against cancer to finding out he was born with heart disease. He will undergo heart surgery following the PCA. Despite those struggles, the 39-year old has remained optimistic throughout a number of hospitalizations and is ready for a week filled with poker and fun in the Bahamas.

“I’m down for anything but drinking and drugs. I can’t do any of those, so aside from that I’m down for anything,” Bruno told Papi Tuesday. Perkins has awarded over 20 packages to his social media fans and Thirst Lounge Twitch Channel viewers since early December. All packages include:
